Hello everyone,
Welcome to day 11 of the Blog Challenge. I bet you guys didn't think that I could throw some Spanish on you huh. Well here it is lol. I've also decided since this is more of a sports blog than a creative one that I will include a bonus sports all about track and field blog post along with this one.
BUT FIRST.. what is the challenge for day 11?
.... it says, what are my 10 FAVORITE FOODS..
It's funny, because I feel I have talked about this topic among friends before and have a small idea of what I would like to include. It also seems that the past few challenges have all involved lists and well here goes another one lol.
If anyone knows anything about me, I am a Vegetarian. But this has only gone on for 2 years now. So for this list I will include those foods that I eat daily now, and those that I used to eat in my more Carnivorous stage of life lol.

It's funny, because I feel I have talked about this topic among friends before and have a small idea of what I would like to include. It also seems that the past few challenges have all involved lists and well here goes another one lol.
If anyone knows anything about me, I am a Vegetarian. But this has only gone on for 2 years now. So for this list I will include those foods that I eat daily now, and those that I used to eat in my more Carnivorous stage of life lol.
1. MAC AND CHEESE.. I like how Wawa and Panera make it...oh and also my mom
2. HAM- Before I became a vegetarian I was addicted to this meat, my mom still makes it every holiday and just the smell alone can be enough to make my mouth water
3. Fried Fish- now this is for my pescatarian in me. I enjoy Tilapia the most, but any well done, fully cooked fish is great to me.
4. Collard Greens- speaking to my southern Oklahoma roots lol
5. Pizza, this should have been higher up on the list but I didn't think of it until now so that's where its staying lol
6. Anything involving Avocados to me always tastes amazing. It is a wonder fruit and I would recommend for anyone who hasn't tried it already to do so IMMEDIATELY
7. Stir Fry comes in at 7, especially the ones that you can find in a good Asian Restaurant. Highly recommend
8.Red Beans and Rice.. I don't know if this is more of a side dish or meal but either way I love it
9. PANCAKES..I could eat these morning, noon, or night just the best combination of grains..plus it can also be paired with many different toppings changing the flavor from sweet to salty
10. The last one.. for this one I'm going to have to go with French Fries. I know I know not the best option, especially for an elite athlete, but sometimes on my cheat days I get a small amount..emphasis on small lol.

I just provided some visuals of the foods that I had mentioned earlier. I advise for many of you to look up recipes, or visit restaurants and try some of these fabulous meals. They are guaranteed to make your mouth water, and your stomach to be satisfied. Well that's it for today's post.
